INTERN

FLSA Status: non-exempt

Reports to: Director of Asset Management

Interns will observe and work alongside the asset management department and possibly the underwriting department to learn specific functions of MHEG's operations.

SUMMARY OF POSSIBLE DUTIES

• monthly financial statement entries
• rent reviews
• site inspections
• database entries
• financial analysis of current performance vs. underwriting
• filing or other administrative duties
• other special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education Requirements:

Junior or Senior status with a focus in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics; minimum of 3.0 GPA

Minimum Skills Requirements:

• Must have knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel and Word, experience with Outlook would be beneficial
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills
